When using session tdsls4120m000 Maintain Deliveries in a non-ILC company, does the "insufficient inventory" message always pop-up?

Is there a parameter or somthing that should be set differently?
This didn't seem to happen when we were using the ILC companies.

In non-ilc company: parameter negative stock allowed in tdinv0100m000 is relevant.
