In CMS module(BaaN IV C4), after maintaing Relations, Agreement Groups, Customer default Agreements...when I am calculating the Rebates for a Sales Order...System is Giving an Error"Agreements not found"...But I have already maintained the agreemnts..pls can anybody help me in this.

Make sure that in the parameters you have a 100% match to the way you set up the agreement and the priority of the search sequence

Also, be sure that the effective date of your agreement in session tdcms0130m000 is equal to or prior to the date of your sales order.

Make sure the relation is linked to the sales order. Automatic link to sales order sometimes does not work.

Make sure the customer does not have any overdue invoices.

I have experienced problems and gotten the same error message if the item being sold does not have the commission group field populated in session tiitm0101m000 (Maintain Item Data).

Another cause for the error message for me has been if the item being sold is a customized item, and it does not have a standard item of origin attached (which also must contain a commission group).

This may or may not apply to you, depending on the criteria you have set in your commission module.
