Recently we have changed the Purchase, Inventory, and Storage UOM's on a few items.

However, I am having problems getting the conversion factors to work properly. The simple conversion is from a purchased Milliliter (MLT) to an inventoried and stored microliter (MCL).

Both of these units have been previously defined as 'usable' units of measurement within our inventory.

The problem is, when I attempt to create the conversion factor for my item, I get the message (Define Conversion Factor on General Level).

Can anyone assist me with my problem?

The units are of the same physical qty. Do not specify the item group or item code when specifying the conversion factor. This means it will be set up on a general level.
