I wonder how companies in spain get round the problem that Norma 58 is not working. As I understand, Norma 58 is commonly used in spain and therefore all companies in spain should have the same problem ?! For any informations on that I would be much obliged.

Norma 58 is working correctly now. A solution has recently been published to solve this issue.
