ODM Error

HI ,
I am facing problem in ODM please any one help me. the problem given below.

When we press from specific view file , the Attached file opens up for viewing, but after a few seconds the below error props up
Also the error does not prompt up when we press and view on "Launch Main File" , but the error props up , when when  press on DOC Rev and launch / view the same file (PDF) 
Also the error message box is blank
