Baan triton - Fiscal calendar Issue

Dear All,
I have an issue related to baan triton's fiscal calendar in the session ( tfgld0105m000 ).
If I give the end date of last fiscal period as 31st dec 2008 (12-31-2008).
It is showing the error as Bad date.
What would be the reason for this?
And how can I overcome this in order to get the 2009 Fiscal Calendar opened in Autobaan (baan/triton)?
Please let me know if anyone knows, so that my issue gets resolved sooner.

Periods need to be maintained consistently in sessions tfgld0105m000,tfgld0106s000 and tfgld0107m000in order to avoid all period related errors.
