Some problem with the software...!?

I noticed it too...
There have been a change in the repost mechanism, but you can turn back to your input screen by <Backspace> and repost your message after 30 seconds...

I do not know what people did, if it was a software error, it should occur more often imho.

I can give my side clarification, actually it was my mistake not softwares. I pressed "Submit Reply" and during process indicator, I pressed "Stop" button of my ie for adding smile face, in between my data saved in database, after adding smile face, I again pressed "Submit Reply" result duplicate posts.
Sofware point of view, there should be one lock like -

if (sender = saved sender and subject = saved subject and text = saved text) then
[dont save post]
else
[save post]
endif

But in this case you added a smile? If so, then previous text <> current text.

So: you should first allow the save and then press the edit button to edit your post. You may also edit the post to add more information afterwards (AO this sentence was added after first save).

Or use the preview option when editing a post.

And... if you noted something like this happened: press the edit button on the duplicate post and press "Delete post".

Duplicate posts are not a cause of software problems but usually happen when people click too many browser buttons and/or are too impatient ;)

I have deleted all dupes.
