Whether questions are answered promptly all depends on the presence and willingness of members to respond to questions. Remembers that everyone posting on Baanboard is doing that out of free will for no renumeration any other than to help out fellow baan-users.

I know personally many crystal experts are in baanboard already. As Patrick said, its all depends on their willingness to share their knowledge with others.

I understand it's their willingness and hope people are more willing.
