Lot of efforts goes in for these documents. Where do the Baanboard members meet and how often? thats a news for me.

BaanBoard is a virtual meeting place of all people interested in the BAAN applications and usually BaanBoard members only "meet" on the internet.
Patrick attended a meeting of the Baan World Users group of Belgium and a BWU group is meant for BAAN customers and partners.

In the past we have tried to organize meetings for BB members but unfortunately hardly anybody was showing up.

I have visited lots of Baan user groups. You find many people from BB over there....

I think it is hard to make a meeting for all BB users. As Patrick mentions, there are 7700 members. If you can put them all in a hotel, the swimming pool will be something like the attached:
